Because of this, the California Department of Consumer Affairs’ (DCA) Office of Information Services–developed a new, more user-friendly license search tool optimized for mobile devices and tablets. Updated in real-time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this tool can be used to assist consumers with finding a licensed professional or provide help with information about how to file a complaint against a DCA licensee.
DCA is an advocate for California consumers, and is the primary resource for questions or concerns pertaining to the individuals it licenses.
