The California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) is proud to join with the Federal Trade Commission and our local, state, and federal partners nationwide in observance of National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) 2022!
DCA regulates many industries and the people licensed to work in them. National Consumer Protection week is the perfect opportunity for DCA to connect with and teach consumers about the resources available to help them understand their rights, make informed decisions, and even resolve a dispute or a disagreement through DCA’s complaint process.
Through educational resources such as DCA’s magazine Consumer Connection, our Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages, and The DCA Page blog, information is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing DCA to protect consumers like you during National Consumer Protection Week and beyond.
