The Cemetery and Funeral Bureau licenses and regulates funeral establishments and funeral directors; embalmers and apprentices; cemetery brokers, salespersons, and managers; cremated remains disposers, crematories, hydrolysis facilities, and crematory managers; and privately owned cemeteries in California.
