No More Messing With Margins: Out-Of-State Firms Must Now Follow California Rules For Court Reporting

Under a new law signed by Governor Jerry Brown, the Court Reporters Board of California is now empowered to take legal action against out-of-state firms selling court and deposition transcripts in California if they skirt California’s rules on formatting, notification, and fee statutes.
